One of two private apartments in a restored villa in the heart of Tuscany, Villa Ampella La Torre is located in the tranquil hamlet of Podere Ampella. Podere Ampella has a total of 9 villa apartments and a shared swimming pool in season.
Enjoy beautiful views of the Val d’Orcia from every room.
The Villa has 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms and a half bath.
On the ground floor you will find the Living and Dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and the half bathroom.
Up one flight of stairs, is the Master Bedroom with an ensuite private bathroom, a Twin Bedroom (2 twin beds) with a sitting area, and a full bathroom in the hallway.
Up another set of stairs to the top floor, you will find the Tower Bedroom with 2 twin beds and panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside.
The 2009 restoration preserved the authentic Tuscan charm of the Villa, including terra-cotta ceilings, exposed wood beams, brick arches, and wood casement windows, tile floors, and a terra-cotta terrace.

Enjoy the open concept Living and Dining Area with authentic terra-cotta ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and brick arches.
Beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside are visible from six French doors in the Living and Dining area.
Cook dinner at home in our modern, fully equipped kitchen.
Set the Dining Room table, which seats six, with earth-toned plates, pasta dishes, hammered cutlery, wine glasses, and water goblets.
Or truly relax and hire the Tuscan-Chef to prepare dinner for you at our Villa.

Villa Ampella La Torre has 3 bedrooms each equipped with 100 percent cotton or linen bed linens. All of the bedrooms have authentic vaulted terra-cotta ceilings and exposed wooden beams.
The Master Bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom.
The Twin bedroom has 2 twin beds and a sitting area with French doors.
The Tower bedroom is a large room on the top floor accessed by a interior spiral stair case; 2 twin beds; and 360 degree views of Tuscany.
The twin beds can be pushed together to make a double bed.

Villa Ampella La Torre has 2 full bathrooms and a half bath conveniently located on the ground floor.
The Master Bedroom has private ensuite bath, with a sink, toilet, bidet, and bathtub/shower.
The Twin Bedroom and the Tower Bedroom share the Hall bathroom that has a sink, toilet, bidet, and bathtub/shower.
Italian shower gel and hand soap are provided along with individual shampoo, body wash, and bar soap.
Cotton bath towels are also provided for your use.

Cool off in the community Swimming pool overlooking the Val d’Orcia, which is open during the summer. Sun beds are available and we provide pool towels for your use.
